Purchase orders must be accompanied by check.


 DO NOT ENTER: 

  • Fan Fiction art
  • Celebrity portraits
  • AI Generated Artwork​
  • Photos of models or subjects who have not given permission to use their image
  • Works based on photographs taken by someone else (even if the source is in the public domain)
  • Copies of another artist work without significantly transforming the image.


2025 Submission Deadlines:  

Teachers, you MUST register yourselves in the Portal in addition to your students, and their artwork online. In order to receive communications your teachers need to be registered in The Portal.

2025Fees:  

​​Individual Categories:  $10 per Submission   

(Limit of 30 per School/8 per Individual Student)

  Schools:   $100 per 10 Submissions

                            $10 for each additional submission

(We recommend that you divide submissions equally among art teachers)


Portfolios:  $30 each (Limit 12 per School & 2 per Senior)     

This fee pays only for Adjudication of the Portfolio as a unit of 6 works but DOES NOT pay for any works that a student wants to ALSO have adjudicated individually outside of the Portfolio.


​For  individual students who have a financial impediment and are unable to pay for submissions,

please fill out a Fee Waiver for EACH STUDENT SUBMISSION who needs one. 


Important: Your artwork MUST be available for exhibition if you submit to the Awards. Please do not sell, give, or send your artwork to anyone else if you are submitting to the Scholastic Art Awards. Refusing to provide award-winning work for exhibition and/or to agree to all corresponding rights releases may result in the revocation of any award given. If work delivered is deemed to different than the image adjudicated then work will not be exhibited and any awards may be forfeited.
